Wow – I would like to report to you that real estate sales in Arlington County Virginia for April, 2007 are alive and well!!!  April 2007 saw an increase of 16.7% over April 2006.  WOW – again, WOW!!  We outpaced the entier Northern Virginia region significantly.  Overall, the region experienced a 12% decline year over year.
