About Jennifer Klaussen

I am a native Virginian and have lived here most of my life. I am a product of the Fairfax County school system, having graduated from Langley High School in McLean. I then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in theoretical math from Mary Washington College (now the University of Mary Washington) in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I have also lived in Menlo Park, California, and in Newnan, Georgia, a suburb outside Atlanta. However, I returned to Northern Virginia because I believe it’s the best place in the world to work, play and raise children.

Real Estate has always been a passion of mine, and after a very successful career of over 12 years working in the high technology industry both in sales and market research, I decided to turn my interest in real estate into a full-time career. Beginning with my very first year in real estate, and each year since, I have been recognized by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors as a Top Producer.  I am also recognized nationally as ranked in the top 5% of all residential real estate sales professionals in America!  I have enjoyed “club level” successes with previous real estate firms, and now that I’m with Keller Williams in Arlington, I anticipate nothing short of continued growth!  My successes come from experience, tenacity and sincerity.

Whether I’m helping buyers or sellers; whether it’s condo, single family home or townhome; up-sizing, down-sizing or right-sizing; whether it’s new construction (yes, NEW construction – did you know you can benefit from having representation when purchasing from a builder?), or old; move-in condition or a handyman special, I have what it takes to get you what you need, where and when you need it. And, although I specialize in Arlington County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, the City of Alexandria, and the city of Falls Church – I can assist you buying or selling anywhere in the Northern Virginia area.
